first of all, I think it is a good idea to rename the board localisation to something like general (or add a new board general), I miss a board for new ideas, bug-reports, feedback and so on.
I’m missing some options and functions for the actions:
1. priority
I’ve more actions a day than I have time. So I’ve to order my action after a priority. For example 1 is the highest and 5 is the lowest.
2. acquired duration
I want to say, that I need 10 minutes for action A and 1 hour for action B. After I’ve completed an action, I want to say: I’ve needed 15 minutes for action A and I’ve needed 1 hour for action B.
3. templates for actions
I’ve some actions, that I’ve to do in irregular distances. I would be nice to have templates for actions to reuse them, so that I’ve not to type the action “create useraccount on system foo” every time again.
